This phorum is not as simple as it may seem. If you will take a look at the script sources, you will find that it is as easy as PHP code, but even clearer(the C++ code is used) and much faster.

c board was written entirely in C , tested and run on a windows server (Xitami). Script is strict. Foreign characters are not allowed to be posted (Just numbers and words). Check your server specs before setting up. Most servers (unless windows) do no support the use of 16bit CGI's.
