Formerly Vevstein Thumbnail Expander. Streamlines the use of thumbnails. When the user clicks on your thumbnail, the full-size image loads in the background and expands out from the thumbnail. This fly-out effect is very visually attractive and compatible with all modern browsers. It avoids problems with popup blockers, as it loads in the web page itself. For users with old browsers or JavaScript disabled a fallback is provided, as these browsers redirect to the full-size image itself. You can set up the image to expand to all directions, or automatically take the space it needs. If the screen size is too small for the full-size image, it fills the browser window and provides a button to further expand it. |
|
This JavaScript lets you click on thumbnails to display full-size images on the same page. If the browser can manipulate document images, then it simply in-lines the large image. If it can't, or if it doesn't recognise JavaScript at all, it will simply display the image by itself, in a new page. |

This image script loads and displays a larger image inline on the page when a thumbnail is clicked on. With features like fade-in effect and optional image preloading, this thumbnail viewer script is also a big thumbs up. |
